Works great! After seeing mine other co-workers wanted one. It did not work on my Cairns fire helmet with flip up visor, but I didn't buy it for that helmet. Makes an excellent rescue helmet light with no hot spots.

I just wish the company would get back to me about being UL approved or not. I can't have on non approved UL products with my department.

It's too thick for the headlamps I use.
Does not work with Black Diamond headlamps and that's what I bought it for. Its so thick it pushes the headlamp down so the light shines straight down at your feet.
