Regional Sales Manager - West Coast USA

FoxFury is best known for its niche LED headlamps and area lights designed for Fire, Industrial, Military, Law Enforcement and Forensics markets. We are currently seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager.

Self-motivated Regional Sales Manager for West Coast Territories (CA, AZ, NM, CO, UT, NV, OR, ID, WY, MT, WA). Prior experience working remotely and from home office and experience in set up sales meeting and increase sales by expanding product line to new and existing accounts throughout sales territory. Provide Training via face to face meetings, conference call, webinar and phone calls to Dealers, Sales Representatives, and End Users. Maintain thorough knowledge of industry products and services for Fire, Law Enforcement and Industrial Markets. Develop and implement new methods and approaches for increasing business. Create proposals, negotiate agreements, establish pricing for customers. Interface with Customer’s Purchasing, Marketing, Product Management, Production and Accounting departments regarding product needs, lead times, and credit issues.

Specific Responsibilities:

Strive to build, maintain and create strong customer relationships with existing accounts and seek avenues to gain new potential clients.

Generate new sales with each client account.

Cultivate and strengthen trust-based business relationships at multiple levels of every account.

Translate sales strategy into action with Accounts.

Networking within Territory Accounts to secure all business opportunities.

Provide night demos, workshops and visits to existing and potential new clients, dealers and end users.

Work with sales team, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of service and customer service.

Expand sales to existing accounts through new and existing products and services.

Provide customer quotes and maintain sales pipeline through QuickBooks and CRM software.

Provide lighting solutions to address the needs of our customers.

Prioritize and concentrate efforts on most important accounts.

Provide direct training to Sales Representatives. Implement team concept with assigned Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives to meet responsibilities of the job. Responsible for all aspects of assigned accounts.

Focus efforts on meeting or exceeding goals/quotas.

Communicate ideas, challenges, problems as they arise.

Contribute to a healthy, happy, productive company environment.

Know the product line thoroughly and continue to learn more as possible.

Perform all duties of Sales Representatives as required.

Travel to accounts and/or Tradeshows - will be 50% of job requirement depending on territory and tradeshow schedule.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Preferred)

Sales, Sales Management, Account Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Strong computer skills including: CRM, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks (Preferred)

Excellent communication and listening skills

Strong negotiation and ability to follow-through on client contracts.

Ability to multi task during busy events.
