We are currently seeking an experienced Product Support Engineer.

The Product Support Engineer at FoxFury plays a critical role in communicating cross-functionally throughout the life cycle of our products.

The Product Support Engineer collaborates with the Engineering department to meet company objectives. They play an integral role in the successful performance of product design and manufacturing. They have responsibility for improvement of existing product lines, and work with QA to improve quality levels and quality systems. Additionally the Product Support Engineer interfaces with Customer Service and Marketing teams to ensure products are properly documented, supported, and promoted. Essential Job Functions

Oversee and participate in key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis. Plan, update, and maintain documentation system.

Create and/or edit Product Specifications and Product Manuals.

Create and execute ECOs and other related documentation.

Develop, determine, and implement procedures and programs.

Collaborate with manufacturing engineering in China to solve manufacturing process issues, and implement product upgrades.

Interface with Manufacturing to support a continuous and timely product flow.

Work with Quality team to review incoming inspection issues and document changes.

Work with Management to review and monitor quality and process improvements.

Meet with Management and Customer Service to review field returns and coordinate changes with Manufacturing Engineering. Review RMAs, as necessary.

Work with in-house assembly, as required.

Manage competing priorities of simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of engineering degree.

Four to six years’ related experience or training in field of electro mechanical products.

2 years of technical project management and/ or technical writing.

Experience with 3D printing.

Experience with ADOBE Suites.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
